We are happy to refund your goods for faulty items – however if you wish to receive a different size a new order will have to be placed online.

Once you have received your goods an email to must be sent requesting a return, quoting your order number, within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging.

Refunds are made less any discounts applied at time of purchase and refund payments are normally completed within 14-days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns Process

Return shipment is the customers responsibility to use a postage or courier that will give sufficient insurance cover for the items being returned. Lost items will not be deemed returned and therefore the customer is liable and no refund can be made.
